Description

In this masterclass recording, we go over all the most important settings for pet photography.

From getting the eyes of your subject in focus, to mastering the exposure triangle so you have more control over how your photos turn out!

We’ll make sure there’s plenty of time for you to adjust the settings on your camera, and will encourage you to go and try some things out so you can see for yourself how those settings work, and ask questions if you’re not sure!

You don’t need any specific camera model or brand. Although I use Sony, I will be doing my best to “translate” into other camera brand terminology, and likely will have people in the masterclass who are familiar with the menu systems of other camera brands.

What we will cover:

  • What is RAW & why is it important?
  • Essential settings for getting your photos sharp and in focus
  • Burst mode/continuous shooting
  • All about the exposure triangle, with exercises to help you experiment and learn to get comfortable with what settings to change and WHY
  • Back button focus
  • How the histogram can help you change your settings

Note that we will not go into detail on camera settings for action photography as Chris van Riel has covered this in depth in his Action Photography Fundamentals webinar, and will be going even deeper into detail in Webinar 3: Equipment Masterclass.

🚨 This webinar IS included in the Learning Journey! If you really want to take your photography to the next level, and get this masterclass PLUS my FULL “Master your Camera for Pet Photography Course” included for €29 or €45 per month, make sure you check out the Learning Journey.
